At Coastal Furniture we are dedicated to delivering seeds in excellent condition If you find any issue upon delivery this policy explains how we handle exchanges quickly and fairly

Exchange Eligibility

Exchanges may be approved in these cases

1 Seeds damaged during shipping
2 Wrong seed variety or quantity received
3 Seeds that are defective or unusable upon arrival

Problems caused by improper storage handling planting or use after delivery are not eligible for exchange

Exchange Restrictions

We do not accept exchanges for

1 Change of mind including preferences in color size flavor or expected growth
2 Germination failure due to environmental or planting conditions
3 Requests made more than 15 days after delivery
4 Items marked Final Sale or Non Returnable

How to Request an Exchange

Step 1 Contact Customer Support
Email info@coastalfurniture.shop within 48 hours of receiving your order Include

Order number
Detailed description of the problem
Photos of the seeds and original packaging

Step 2 Review Process
Our team will review and reply within 1 business day confirming approval and whether a return is needed

Step 3 Return Instructions If Needed
If a return is required

We will provide the return shipping address
Please use a trackable shipping method for the return

Step 4 Replacement Shipment
After we receive and inspect the returned seeds we will send replacements within 2 business days Tracking details will be provided

Shipping Costs

1 If the exchange is due to our mistake such as damaged or incorrect seeds Coastal Furniture covers all shipping costs
2 For other approved exchanges customers cover return and reshipping fees

Packaging Guidelines

1 Keep original packaging to protect seeds during return shipping
2 Exchanges may be refused if seeds arrive damaged due to poor packaging
