Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 15 days of delivery and meet all the following criteria

1 Seeds must be unopened unused and in original condition
2 Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
3 Products must not be custom orders or marked final sale
4 Seeds must show no damage from improper storage or handling after delivery
5 Full refunds are provided if the issue is due to our error such as incorrect items shipping damage or delivery mistakes

Return Shipping Process

Once approved please return items within 3 days

1 Use a trackable shipping method
2 Returned seeds will be inspected upon receipt
3 Refunds will be issued within 2 business days after inspection
4 Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Shipping Costs

1 Original shipping fees are non refundable for returns due to personal reasons such as change of mind
2 Return shipping costs in these cases are the customer’s responsibility
3 If returns are due to defects incorrect items or shipping errors Coastal Furniture covers all related shipping fees
4 Please keep your return tracking information until the refund is complete

Additional Terms

1 Requests made after 15 days may be declined
2 Failure to follow this process may result in rejected requests
