1 All seed orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation
2 Processing times exclude weekends and public holidays
3 During busy periods such as sales events or promotions processing may take longer We will notify you by email if significant delays occur

2 Shipping to US territories or PO Box addresses is not supported at this time

1 Orders with subtotal of 50 USD or more qualify for free shipping
2 Orders below 50 USD are charged a flat shipping fee of 9.99 USD
3 Shipping fees are automatically calculated and shown at checkout
4 Occasionally special shipping promotions may be offered and displayed clearly on our website

Delays and Liability

1 Although we strive to meet delivery estimates delays may happen due to weather carrier issues or high shipping volume
2 Coastal Furniture is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
3 We will gladly assist you in tracking your shipment and communicating with carriers to address delivery concerns when possible

Packaging and Condition on Arrival

1 All seeds are carefully packaged to preserve quality and prevent damage during shipping
2 If your order arrives damaged incomplete or incorrect please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
3 Email us at info@coastalfurniture.shop including your order number and clear photos showing the issue
4 We will promptly review your case and provide a replacement or appropriate solution according to our return and exchange policies.
